2 oz. Copperworks Plum Gin

.75 oz. fresh lemon juice

.75 oz. orgeat

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Shake all ingredients and strain into a Collins-style glass filled with ice. Garnish with a bit of grated cinnamon.
