We find that cocktails are a sure way to spread good cheer, now and any time of year. Brighten up your holiday menu with these Copperworks cocktail recipes!

Chocolate Malt Flip

•  2oz Copperworks American Single Malt Whiskey
(We’re a fan of Release 046, but we’ll leave this up to you!)
• 0.5oz Crème de Cacao
• 0.5oz Vanilla syrup*
• 1 whole egg

Shake ingredients and strain into a coupe glass. Sprinkle grated nutmeg on top.

* To make vanilla syrup, combine 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 2oz vanilla extract in a saucepan.
Bring to a simmer for 15-20 minutes or until desired flavor, then let cool.


Fireside Cider

• 1.5oz Copperworks New Oak Cask Finished Gin
• 0.5oz Cinnamon syrup*
• 0.25oz Ginger liqueur
• Apple cider

Stir first three ingredients in a glass with ice. Top with apple cider.

*To make cinnamon syrup, combine 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 4 cinnamon sticks in a saucepan.
Bring to a simmer for 15-20 minutes or until desired flavor, strain, then let cool.


Not Your Grandma’s Wassail

• 1 bottle (750ml) Copperworks Plum Gin
• 1 bottle (750ml) Pinot Noir
• 8oz Cranberry juice
• 8oz Orange juice
• 6 Star anise
• 4 Cinnamon sticks

Combine ingredients in a pot and bring to a simmer. Let infuse over low heat for 10 minutes.
Serves 4-8.

The Bee’s Teas

• 1.5oz Copperworks Small Batch Gin
• 0.5oz Honey
• 0.25oz Lemon juice
• Chamomile tea

Combine first three ingredients and stir. Top with chamomile tea and serve hot.

Le Grand Plum

• 1.5oz Copperworks Plum Gin
• 0.5oz Grand Marnier
• 0.5oz Lemon juice

Shake ingredients and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
