Cocktails with Copperworks Small Batch Gin

The following recipes specify Copperworks Small Batch Gin, but we find that using one of our Cask Finished Gins can make a different and delicious version.


Perfect Negroni

1 oz. Copperworks Small Batch

1 oz. Campari

.5 oz. Noilly Prat Sweet Vermouth

.5 oz. Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth

Garnish: orange peel

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.


Turf

2 oz. Copperworks Small Batch Gin

.75 oz. Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth

.25 oz. maraschino liqueur

1 dash absinthe

1 dash orange bitters

Garnish: lemon peel

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.


Last Word

1 oz. Copperworks Small Batch Gin

1 oz. lime juice

1 oz. maraschino liqueur

1 oz. Green Chartreuse

Shake with ice and double strain into a cocktail glass.


Juno’s Thistle

2 oz. Copperworks Small Batch Gin

.5 oz. Cynar

.5 oz. Yellow Chartreuse

1 dash Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters

Garnish: lemon peel

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.


Bee’s Knees

1.5 oz. Copperworks Small Batch Gin

1 oz. honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)

1 oz. lemon juice

Shake with ice and double strain into a cocktail glass.


Pegu Club

2 oz. Copperworks Small Batch Gin

.75 oz. orange curacao

.75 oz. lime juice

1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

1 dash Angostura Orange Bitters

Shake with ice and double strain into a cocktail glass.


Martinez

2 oz. Copperworks Small Batch Gin

.75 oz. sweet vermouth

.25 oz. maraschino liqueur

Dash of Angostura bitters

Garnish: lemon twist

1.5 oz. Copperworks Small Batch Gin

1 oz. Cocchi Americano

.25 oz. Amaro Nonino

1 barspoon Fernet Branca

2 dashes Scrappy’s Grapefruit Bitters

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.


Hearst

1.5 oz. Copperworks Small Batch Gin

1.5 oz. Carpano Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth

2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters

2 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters

Garnish: orange peel

.75 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth

.25 oz. Benedictine

2 dashes Regans’ Orange Bitters No. 6
