Copperworks Vodka

Cocktails with Copperworks Malt Vodka

2 oz. Copperworks Vodka

.5 oz. fresh lemon juice

.5 oz. ginger syrup

1 oz. Naughty Nellie beer from Pike Brewing Co.

Stir vodka, lemon juice and ginger syrup with ice in a 10 oz. glass. Top with beer.

3 oz. Copperworks Gin

1 oz. Copperworks Vodka

.5 oz. Lillet Blanc

Garnish: lemon twist

Stirred, not shaken. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of lemon.

1.5 oz. Copperworks Vodka

1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice

1 oz. Cointreau

Garnish: wedge of lime

Pour over ice into a rocks glass. You can also top up with soda water for a lighter, refreshing drink.

1 oz. Copperworks Vodka

.5 oz. Cointreau

.5 oz.. sweet vermouth (we like Noilly Prat)

.5 oz. freshly squeezed orange juice

Garnish: orange peel

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
